This was a painting I did over and over trying to portray a camp fire in the woods, but I just couldn’t get it to my liking, so Let my mind relax and painted this disappointed Goddess of the Hearth. She looks at me with wistful eyes knowing one day I will train my paws up to be able to capture the licking flame.
